The channel "El Canal de Compras con Calidad y Comodidad" (CCC for short) catapults the Kassel band CHIN into Mexican home shopping television and sells their latest EP: "El Cráneo" on vinyl.
While Jeannette and Sarah sell their work of art as an off-the-shelf product, the three bandmembers are thrown into a delightfully awkward situation that gets more and more out of hand as time goes on, not least because the two presenters are waging their own little war for the spotlight.
"CCC" is the movie for Chin's debut EP "El Cráneo", which consists of 4 songs, all of which are presented in this movie.
As this EP was created in a hotel room in Mexico when Nik and Jonas were on tour for Madre del Vizio, the songs and this film are based on this experience. Set in a fictional teleshopping program, it is a humorous take on the past of the directing duo Harry Besel and Nik Baczewski, when they worked together as sales agents for a major international teleshopping channel.
