A trapdoor in the corner of the room of a ceramicist's pottery studio becomes the fulcrum of the story. In noble black and white, the video approaches the core of the story via malleable materials and contrasts the healing work of pottery with something sinister in the form of dark slime, which here stands for something completely different.
“Liebling” is the first single from Nik Field's debut solo album “Pool Jazz”.
Nik Fields is a multi-instrumentalist and songwriter from Kassel, Germany.
“Liebling” celebrated its world premiere at the “Berlin Music Video Awards” in 2023 and was shown there alongside with videos by Milky Chance and CLUESO.
